- Logos Speech Therapy offers to provide evaluation and therapy services at the client's house or any other preferred location such as an educational or medical facility, based upon availability.
Additional surcharges per mileage for traveling will be applied for speech therapy services provided in a setting other than our office.
Clients who will be evaluated and treated from our office will not be assessed travel fees.
Health Insurance:
We accept different Health Insurance Plans.
Logos Speech Therapy will seek enrollment with the client's health insurance company if currently we are not listed as a provider.
An invoice will be provided for the client to directly submit the claim to the insurance company for reimbursement if desired.
